We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead complex industrial site redevelopment and rehabilitation projects.

The role will cover the full project lifecycle, from initial site assessment and soil remediation to permitting, design coordination, construction, commissioning and final handover.

The Construction Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engineering companies, remediation specialists, contractors, public authorities and other key stakeholders. The position also includes responsibility for project planning, CAPEX monitoring, cost control, risk management, safety and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a senior professional with at least 20 years of experience in construction, civil engineering or complex project management,



including proven experience in:

Brownfield and industrial site redevelopment

Soil remediation and environmental constraints

Environmental and urban planning permits

Civil engineering, structures, utilities and multidisciplinary technical coordination

CAPEX, planning, cost and risk management

Coordination with contractors, engineering firms and public authorities

An engineering degree in civil engineering, construction, environmental engineering or a related field is required.

Fluent French and professional English are also necessary for the position.
