In this role, you will identify high-value AI opportunities, translate business needs into practical implementation plans, and support the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.

- Identify and prioritize AI use cases through workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into practical AI and automation solutions with measurable impact.
- Coordinate and support the implementation and integration of AI initiatives across the organization.
- Promote AI adoption through communication, training, and user support, with a focus on Agentic AI.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and international teams to ensure secure and compliant AI solutions.
- Drive AI maturity by contributing to capability building and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI Innovation Manager - Who Are You ?

- Experience in AI,



digital transformation, project management or process improvement, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and their practical business applications.
- Knowledge of APIs, data flows, and system integration concepts.
- Experience supporting change management, user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Good understanding of security, compliance, and governance considerations related to AI solutions.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an advantage.
