You will act as a bridge between business operations and engineering teams, translating production needs into practical automation solutions. The assignment requires a strong understanding of complex industrial processes, system interactions, and the impact of technical changes within a regulated environment. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute your expertise to optimize plant performance, strengthen system reliability, and support long-term automation strategies.

- Analyze automation failures and production disturbances by applying structured diagnostic methods and developing effective corrective actions.
- Execute plant-level modifications and enhancements, including technical evaluations, change implementation, testing activities, and coordination with relevant departments.
- Perform routine system support activities such as monitoring automation performance, reviewing system records, managing user access, and checking security-related aspects.
- Support compliance and validation processes by preparing technical assessments, reviewing documentation, and contributing to qualification and testing activities.
- Maintain accurate technical records, participate in engineering discussions, provide expert recommendations,



and ensure proper knowledge transfer within the support organization.

What we expect from you:

- Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Experience with Siemens PCS 7 systems within industrial production or process automation environments.
- Strong expertise in automation technologies, process control concepts, and troubleshooting complex production installations.
- Fluency in Dutch AND English.
