Someone who combines strong engineering expertise with leadership , and thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.You’ll lead a team of talented engineers, drive modern architecture decisions , and help shape our platforms in the AI era .Your main responsibilities will be:Define and drive scalable technical solutions across our ecosystemLead architecture decisions across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem solutionsEnsure best practices across engineering, testing, security, and integrationOwn and improve non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, scalability)Lead the adoption of AI in the Software Development LifecycleCollaborate with international teams across Europe & South AmericaCoach and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality software.What you bringAt least 4 years in software developmentAt least 2 years in a technical lead or similar positionDeep knowledge of Java in distributed environmentsExpertise in relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, Mongo, etc)Experience with microservices architecturesKnowledge of container orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm,
