This is an opportunity to own projects end-to-end, from discovery and solution architecture through to deployment, while working with the latest GenAI technologies.

What You'll Do

- Design and deliver end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions.
- Turn business challenges into scalable technical architectures.
- Rapidly prototype AI applications and evolve them into production-ready systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
- Build secure, maintainable and scalable AI applications.
- Work across the full AI lifecycle, including feature engineering, model deployment and validation.
- Contribute to engineering best practices through code reviews, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Bring





- 3+ years' experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production.
- Strong Python development skills with solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks
- Experience deploying scalable AI applications in cloud environments
- Understanding of modern software architecture, including distributed systems and event-driven design.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English required.
