About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution / Data Architect to play a key role in the evolution of a strategic digital and data landscape.

The consultant will contribute to the design and evolution of strategic digital and data platforms, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture, security standards, data governance principles and business objectives.

You will work closely with Product Teams, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects, System Architects, Engineers and Business Stakeholders to define scalable, robust and future-proof solutions supporting a broader data-centric transformation.

The Data Platform vision is based on Data Mesh principles, including domain ownership, data as a product and federated governance. The platform provides data services to internal customers and enables the creation of domain-oriented Data Products.

Key Responsibilities

As a Solution / Data Architect, you will:

- Steer architecture activities within strategic platform initiatives, covering business-to-technology alignment.
- Provide architectural guidance to Product Management and Delivery Teams.
- Collaborate with Product Teams to define solutions aligned with established architecture principles and standards.
- Ensure solutions comply with Enterprise Architecture, technology, security and governance standards.
- Design solutions considering integration,



application and data capabilities.
- Support Data Product Teams in defining information domains and Data Products.
- Contribute to the definition of Transversal Data Models (TDM) and Canonical Data Models (CDM).
- Drive Proofs of Concept (PoC) to validate architectural decisions and technology choices.
- Support Product Teams and Engineers in designing robust, scalable and future-proof solutions.
- Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technology solutions to achieve strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of architecture and data governance best practices, methodologies, standards and principles.

Required Experience & Expertise

- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect and/or Data Architect.
- Strong experience with data integration architectures across both cloud and on-premise environments.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Strong expertise in API-based integrations and event-driven architectures.
- Strong experience in data modelling, including:
- Conceptual Data Models
- Logical Data Models
- Canonical Data Models
- Experience with messaging solutions and event-driven systems.
- Experience with SAP, S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere, as well as related technologies.

Architecture & Methodologies





Strong knowledge or practical experience with:

- TOGAF
- ArchiMate
- ATAM
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Microservices Architecture
- Event-Driven Architecture / Systems

Experience with architecture modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect is considered an advantage.
