We are now accelerating the premium expansion of Denza in the Benelux region and are seeking exceptional talents to join our team in Belgium (Antwerp).

Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Operations: Drive overall dealership profitability, manage daily operations (Sales, Admin, Delivery, Aftersales), and take full ownership of sales, order intake, inventory aging, and revenue targets through daily KPI management.

Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Conduct daily meetings, enforce strict CRM/Sales process discipline, and build an accountable, customer-first dealership culture.

Customer Experience & Growth: Ensure premium showroom standards meet Denza requirements, maximize CSI/NPS scores, execute local marketing events, and personally support key customer negotiations.





Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of automotive dealership management experience (EV or premium/luxury auto experience preferred). Deep understanding of the Benelux market is highly desirable.

Languages: Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French required.

Skills: Proven KPI/data-driven management, strong financial acumen, and experience with CRM/DMS systems. Valid driver's license required.

Leadership: Excellent coaching, negotiation, and communication skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
