For an innovative company within the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Vein-to-Vein Operations Support professional. In this role, you will help coordinate the logistics and operational processes behind advanced CAR-T therapies, ensuring a seamless patient journey from cell collection through manufacturing and treatment.

As a Vein-to-Vein Operations Support professional, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting planning and logistics activities across a complex international supply chain. You will work closely with treatment sites, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure patient materials are managed efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary supply chain point of contact for treatment sites and commercial teams within a designated region.
- Coordinate the movement of patient materials across the EMEA Vein-to-Vein supply chain.
- Manage operational issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities and maintain communication with transportation partners.
- Collaborate with warehouses and distribution centers to ensure smooth execution of patient treatments.
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Custody (CoC) and Chain of Identity (CoI) requirements.
- Support operational capacity planning by scheduling cryopreservation and manufacturing slots.
- Assist with treatment site certification activities, including training and logistics test runs.




- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of new systems and tools.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive operational excellence.

Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of GMP/cGMP requirements and quality system processes.
- Experience with SAP is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving integral environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mentality.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude and openness to feedback.
- Fluent in English.
