For a leading client in the retail industry, I am looking for an Inside Sales Officer to join my client on a project with an expected duration of at least 9 months. The role will be primarily focused on the administrative management of retail stores, focusing on improving customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include

- Sector Management - Oversee multiple sales sectors and act as the main point of contact for B2B customers
- Contract Management - Manage contracts and amendments and process commercial and contractual data in SAP and SIM.
- Resolve invoicing Issues
- Administrative - Customer Record Keeping, CRM Management, Sales Reports/Forecasting.
- Communicating effectively with external parties, stores and internal departments
- Process Optimization




- Business Reviews - Actively contribute to the preparation and presentation of annual Business Reviews, in collaboration with the Sales Market Manager.

What do you need?

- 5 years of experience in similar B2B sales roles
- Trilingual - English, French and Dutch speaking
- Strong knowledge of processes and process improvement.
- Not solely sales focused - we want someone who thrives and has proven success in the administrative side.
- Highly analytical person.
- Experience in Complex environments (larger companies)

- 9 month mission, with extensions.
