We are looking for an experienced GRC Consultant specialized in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) to join an IT Governance, Risk & Compliance environment.

You will play a key role in assessing critical business activities, improving continuity frameworks and supporting both IT and business stakeholders in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

? Your Mission

As a GRC / BIA Consultant, you will act as a key point of contact between IT teams, business stakeholders and governance functions, focusing on business continuity, operational resilience and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

? Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

- Organize and facilitate BIA workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Identify critical business processes, dependencies and operational impacts.
- Define and validate key resilience indicators:
- Recovery Time Objective (RTO)
- Recovery Point Objective (RPO)
- Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD)
- Create, maintain and improve BIA documentation.

? Business Continuity & Operational Resilience

- Support the improvement and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
- Ensure alignment between BIA outcomes and existing continuity strategies.
- Contribute to defining and improving operational resilience frameworks.

?️ Governance, Risk & Compliance

- Support business and IT teams in integrating information security requirements into their processes.
- Contribute to the evolution of IT governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
- Participate in initiatives related to regulatory and industry requirements, including:




- DORA
- ISO 27001

? Documentation & Audit Management

- Review and update policies, procedures, standards and related documentation.
- Follow up on recommendations from internal and external audits.
- Coordinate remediation actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide evidence required for audit closure.

? Your Profile

You are an experienced consultant with a strong background in IT Governance, Risk Management, Business Continuity and Compliance.

Required technical skills:

- Proven experience performing Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
- Strong expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
- Good understanding of GRC and IT Risk Management principles
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 requirements
- Understanding of DORA regulation and digital operational resilience challenges
- Experience managing audit findings and remediation plans

Personal skills:

- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to facilitate workshops with both technical and business audiences
- Pragmatic, structured and result-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

? Languages – Mandatory Requirement

?? Fluent French is mandatory

?? Fluent Dutch is mandatory

?? English is an advantage

The ability to communicate effectively with both French-speaking and Dutch-speaking stakeholders is essential for this assignment.
