SAP QM Consultant | Antwerp region — 3 days/week on-site | Manufacturing S/4 Programme

We're looking for an SAP QM Consultant to join the production team of an international industrial group on its SAP programme.

The role

End-to-end delivery on the quality side: fit-gap, system set-up, functional design documentation, training, UAT, data gathering and migration, go-live support and documentation — ensuring seamless integration with logistics, sales, procurement and other domains. You'll work in both custom-built and template-based SAP environments, align closely with the wider production team on detailed process design, and support business stakeholders with clear, structured communication.

What you'll bring

- Medior or senior level — the client is open on years, provided you can own the QM domain
- Proven track record in SAP QM in a manufacturing company




- Familiarity with the integration of Labvantage or a similar LIMS system
- SAP integration experience across logistics, sales and procurement
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot SAP issues (preferred); greenfield experience a plus
- Comfortable in an international, multicultural environment; resilient and proactive
- Fluent English (Dutch or Polish a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience — experience valued over certification

Engagement details

- Location: Antwerp region — 3 days/week on-site (80% availability may be acceptable)
- Travel: 10–20%, with additional travel around go-live
- Contract: Freelance / B2B
- Start: ASAP — initial contract to end 2026, extension possible
