Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and develop SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) credit insurance policies after completion of internal and external training.
- Identify commercial opportunities for SME and customized credit insurance solutions by analyzing client needs and market opportunities.
- Review existing factor clients with external insurance policies to identify optimization opportunities and propose improvements.
- Manage and analyze data reports to support business development and portfolio management.
- Support the design and implementation of bespoke insurance policies, including automated reporting solutions related to coverage and performance.
- Contribute to market studies and business analysis through the use of LLM/AI-based automation initiatives.
- Perform occasional administrative activities related to policy management and business operations.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Experience Required

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Financial or economic background with strong interest in insurance, banking, or financial services.
- First professional experience in the finance, banking, or insurance sector is a strong advantage.
- Proficient and active user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities proactively.
- Fluent in Dutch and French; English is considered an advantage.
