Veeva Vault SME

Location: Brussels (hybrid working model)

Engagement Status: Consulting Opportunity 6 months (possible extension)

Overview

We are partnered with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation to support them in hiring a Veeva Vault SME. In this role, you will act as the technical subject matter expert for Veeva Vault Quality, supporting system design, configuration, enhancement, and integration activities across a regulated GxP environment. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Requirements

- Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor for Veeva Vault Quality solutions.
- Support the implementation of new functionality, modules, and system enhancements.
- Review and challenge proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Manage change requests from design through testing and documentation updates.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system specifications.
- Support validation activities, testing, and knowledge transfer across teams.
- Stay current with Veeva best practices and platform developments.

Hard Skills





- Strong experience with Veeva Vault Quality Suite administration and configuration.
- Experience within GxP-regulated environments.
- Knowledge of system validation, deployment, and change control processes.
- Understanding of data and document migration activities.
- Experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, and web services.
- Ability to create, execute, and review test scripts and validation documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent English communication skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Veeva Vault Platform Administration certification required.
- Previous experience supporting Veeva Vault in Quality, Validation, or Compliance functions preferred.
- Experience with Quality Assurance processes and regulated pharmaceutical environments is highly desirable.
