Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
- Analyze and design business processes.
- Define product requirements and use cases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, and development teams.
- Support testing by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results.
- Manage requirements traceability and impact analysis.
- Participate in design and quality reviews.
- Execute business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the liaison between the business and IT teams.

Skills

- Minimum 3 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Experience with requirements management and conceptual modelling techniques.
- Good understanding of IT, software testing, and workflow processes.
- Good knowledge of banking processes.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Good knowledge of AI capabilities; experience with Agentic AI is a plus.
- Analytical and structured mindset.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Problem-solving, quality-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently, goal-oriented, and open to change.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
