? Freelance Opportunity | Technical Test Coordinator / QA Lead

? Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Test Coordinator / QA Lead to join a large-scale enterprise project. In this role, you will lead testing and quality assurance activities across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality software delivery in a complex IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing activities and quality assurance initiatives.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve test strategies, test plans, and QA processes.
- Coordinate test execution, defect management, release readiness, and Go/No-Go assessments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.
- Provide quality reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level recommendations.
- Drive test automation initiatives and CI/CD quality practices.
- Support performance testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills

Strong experience with:

- API Testing (REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger,



SoapUI)
- SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, and database validation
- XML & JSON
- Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps, Git/Bitbucket
- Playwright
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Agile & Scrum methodologies

Nice to Have

Experience with:

- Genesys Cloud
- Contact Center testing
- Telephony (SIP/WebRTC)
- Performance Testing
- Event-driven architectures

Candidate Profile

✔ Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Test Coordinator

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner

✔ At least 5 years of hands-on experience with API integrations and relational databases

✔ Professional proficiency in English and at least one national language (French or Dutch – minimum B1 level)

✔ Available to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days onsite in Brussels)
