? About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Lead to build and lead the QA practice for modern data pipelines. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll define testing standards, implement automation frameworks, and establish scalable QA processes from the ground up.

? Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end QA for ETL/Data Pipelines.
- Build automated testing frameworks using Pytest.
- Develop SQL-based data validation and reconciliation tests.
- Automate Excel, XML, and API testing.
- Integrate automated testing into GitHub Actions (CI/CD).
- Lead QA strategy, mentor team members, and drive quality best practices.

✅ Required Skills

- Strong experience in ETL/Data Pipeline Testing.
- Advanced SQL and Python (Pytest).
- Hands-on with Pandas, OpenPyXL, lxml/xmlschema.
- Experience with Postman/Newman, GitHub Actions, and Databricks.
- Proven experience building QA automation frameworks from scratch.

- Cloud data platforms & orchestration tools.
- Great Expectations or other Data Quality tools.
- Performance & volume testing experience.
