Job:

Our business is growing and we’re looking for experimented and enthusiastic Sales Manager for department New Vehicles ready to help us to succeed.

Your role:

- The Sales Manager drives sales, profitability, and performance, leads a 10-15 -person team across three sites, and ensures excellent customer experience in line with brand and company standards.
- The candidate will operate transversally across key departments (administration, after-sales, finances, ), general direction and external shakeholders.

You are:

- A natural leader with a passion for sales and performance.
- Familiar with IT environments, data analysis, reporting to the group direction and to external stakeholders (reporting level C+).
- Developed good analytical skills, critical thinking and solution oriented.
- Fluent in French & Dutch – Dutch is an absolute must,



command of English at good operational level is an important asset.
- Results-driven, hands-on, and business-oriented.
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive sector in (strategic) management role.
