For an internationally active and rapidly growing organisation in the Antwerp region, we are looking for a Senior Billing Officer to strengthen the Finance team.

? Your role

As Senior Billing Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate and efficient billing operations across an international organisation.

You won't just process invoices — you'll take ownership of the O2C process, improve the way things are done and lead a team of three billing professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

? Billing & Revenue Operations

- Manage the full-cycle customer invoicing process in the ERP system.
- Ensure timely billing and revenue recognition in line with company policies.
- Set up projects to ensure accurate time registration and invoicing.

⚙️ O2C Process Ownership

- Act as Product Owner for the Order-to-Cash process.
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives.

? International Growth & Integration

- Lead the O2C integration of newly acquired entities.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders across the organisation.




- Participate actively in Finance improvement projects.

? Team Leadership

- Lead, coach and develop a team of three billing professionals.
- Act as the first point of contact for billing-related questions.

? What are we looking for?

You bring minimum 3 years experience in billing, finance administration, Order-to-Cash or likewise and are ready to take the next step in your career.

You are:

✔ Accurate, structured and detail-oriented

✔ Hands-on and proactive

✔ Comfortable taking ownership and driving topics forward

✔ Fluent in English
