What you will do:

The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the general company project and its customers As aProduct Designer on our Product Design team your responsibilities will include:

Designing Engaging User Experiences:
Craft engaging easytouse mobile web and desktop design solutions that address both business objectives and user needsDelivering Design Excellence:
Produce wireframes prototypes journey maps interaction flows and design assets collaborating closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementationLeveraging Research and Insights:
Use qualitative and quantitative research market trends and best practices to inform design decisions Participate in user research activities and usability studies to define databased design solutionsDesigning with Business Impact:
Leverage a deep understanding of business goals KPIs and metrics to inform and guide design decisions connecting design strategies to measurable outcomesCrafting Solutions for ECommerce Excellence:




Utilize indepth knowledge of ecommerce trends understanding of consumer behaviourbehavior user motivations and how retail environments impact user experience and decisionmakingStakeholder Management:
Engage with stakeholders align design goals with business objectives and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle

What you need to succeed:

3 to 5 years of professional experience in Product Design with a proven track record of contributing to the full development lifecycle of web mobile andor software applicationsExperience in designing for ecommerce platforms across all platforms with a strong understanding of complex ecommerce business modelsProven experience in datadriven decisionmaking: the ability to critically assess design challenges analyse data and make informed decisions that improve the user experience and align with business goalsAn online portfolio or samples of work showcasing your Product Design skills including ecommerce design casesFluent in English with strong written verbal and presentation skillsPresentation skills with the ability to communicate design decisions while fostering open respectful team discussions

NicetoHave Expertise:

Bachelors degree in design or related field or equivalent experienceProficient in Sketch Adobe Photoshop or IllustratorStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesKeen attention to detail with expertise in interaction design typography colourcolor and layoutTeam player with a positive attitudeExperience in the travel industry or related sectors
