Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electric and autonomous vehicle systemsExecute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle readiness and reliabilityCarry out software updates, system calibrations, and configuration tasks as requiredSupport installation, replacement, and testing of hardware and software components related to autonomous driving systemsAct as the technical lead during shifts, providing guidance and escalation support to junior techniciansEnsure all maintenance and repair work is completed according to safety, quality, and technical standardsMaintain accurate documentation of all performed work, diagnostics,



and system updatesCollaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow and minimal downtimeFollow strict safety procedures when working with high-voltage EV systemsSupport continuous improvement of technical processes and maintenance workflows

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technicianExperience working with electric vehicles or advanced automotive systems strongly preferredOEM certification (e.g., Jaguar, Hyundai, or equivalent EV platforms) is an advantageStrong understanding of EV systems, including high-voltage safety, battery systems, and drivetrainsExperience with diagnostics tools, vehicle software systems, and technical troubleshootingAbility to work in rotating shifts, including 24/7 operational environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressureFluent English required; German or Spanish depending on location is a plus
