As a HealthTech Support Specialist, you will provide expert assistance to Spanish-speaking clients utilizing health technology solutions, helping them navigate challenges and optimize their experiences.Responsibilities Provide outstanding technical support to Spanish-speaking clients using HealthTech products via phone, email, and live chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues affecting health technology applications. Assist clients in understanding product features and functionalities to enhance their usage and satisfaction. Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Work closely with the development and technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and share relevant feedback. Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Remain updated on industry trends,
product developments, and advancements in health technology to provide informed support. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in the health technology or healthcare industry. Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of health technology applications. Exceptional customer service skills with an empathetic approach toward client challenges. Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is a plus. Capability to work autonomously in a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently. A passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the health technology space.
