Provide technical support to customers via email and chat Assist customers with smart home security products and services Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product usage Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries Complete translation tasks when required Deliver a high level of customer service with accuracy and professionalism Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience

Requirements

Candidate profile Native-level Swedish with good English skills Previous experience in customer service Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems at the same time Patient, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure Already living in the Costa del Sol area with secure accommodation in or near MalagaA driving licence or access to a car is an advantage if living outside Malaga Interested in building a long-term life and career in Spain
