The idóneo candidate will be a qualified architect with a 3 year minimum experience in Landscape or Urban Design projects, in all design phases from Concept Design to Detailled Design. The candidate should have experience in developping complex projects in BIM, meaning a high level in Revit and an in-depth knowledge of constructive documentation.

This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should have experience in working with large teams and working in coordination with different disciplines.

Responsibilities

- Create a revit model, plans and drawings destined to construction phases.
- Participate to the elaboration of landscape construction drawings, design reports and project schedules.




- Coordination within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in architecture, landscape architecture or urban design
- 3+ years of experience in Landscape or Urban Design projects, large scale is a +
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in Revit, BIM and AutoCAD

Requirements

- Work on site 3-4 days a week in Barcelona office
- Speak Spanish and English
- Free lance position
- Project duration : 4 to 9 months

Interior architects or architects who only have experience in interior design will not be considered for this position.
