Revolut is hiring an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to guide a 5–10 person team in our Barcelona on-site hub. You will drive daily performance, maintain high-quality service, and align with product teams to scale customer support operations.
We require English, Catalan, and Spanish fluency (C1+), plus 1+ year of team leadership and a background in customer support. Weekend shifts are included as part of the rotation.
