Responsibilities

- Planificar, supervisar y dirigir todas las actividades necesarias para que las instalaciones funcionen correctamente y de forma segura.
- Planificar el mantenimiento preventivo: programar revisiones periódicas en el calendario para anticiparse a las averías.
- Gestionar órdenes de trabajo: recibir, priorizar y asignar las solicitudes de reparación.
- Realizar trabajos de mantenimiento (albañilería, pintura, limpieza, etc.) cuando sea posible.
- Controlar inventario y compras: gestionar el stock de herramientas y tramitar pedidos con proveedores.
- Coordinar proveedores externos: buscar, contratar y supervisar a contratistas especializados.
- Utilizar software especializado para registrar todas las intervenciones, costes y tiempos en un programa de gestión.
- Apoyar al equipo de vigilancia de seguridad y asegurar que todo el equipo usa EPIs que cumplen con las normas de prevención de riesgos laborales.
- Gestionar emergencias correctivas: responder con rapidez ante averías críticas inesperadas y reasignar recursos para minimizar los tiempos de inactividad.

Qualifications

- Experiencia demostrable en mantenimiento directo (albañilería,



pintura, limpieza, etc.).
- Formación en carretillas y PEMP; válida o disposición a renovarla.
- Conocimientos o formación eléctrica son valorables.
- Formación en PRL es valorada.
