Customer Service Specialist (Italian, Spanish & English)

Are you passionate about customer service and order management in an international environment? We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a leading multinational company in the FMCG sector, based in the heart of Barcelona.

? Key Responsibilities

- Accurately manage the full order management cycle, including order entry, validation, and follow-up.
- Ensure the smooth execution of transactional processes across multiple European markets.
- Provide professional and customer-focused support to clients across Europe.
- Collaborate closely with international teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while meeting agreed SLAs.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies within SAP.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Customer Service,



Order Management, or Customer Operations .
- Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience within the FMCG industry is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced or Native Italian.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Spanish.

- 6-month temporary contract.
- Annual gross salary between €39,000 and €40,000.
- Offices located in Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona .
- Versátil start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM .
- Intensive working hours on Fridays.
