In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the Order to Cash process for customers.
- Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up).
- Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics.
- Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes.
- Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
- Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships. You're the person we're looking for if you have:




- Customer Service (preferably B2B) - Order Management / Order-to-Cash processes - Billing / invoicing - Experience working with SAP (essential or strong plus) - Native or near-native level of German, plus advanced English - Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset - Good analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage processes and work cross-functionally - A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset Offer:
