We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dutch Speaking Talent Advisor to join our growing recruitment team on-site in the vibrant city of Malaga, Spain. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Dutch-speaking candidates, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor throughout the staffing process
- Conduct competency-based interviews and talent assessments in Dutch to identify the most suitable candidates for open vacancies
- Proactively source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other talent acquisition channels relevant to the recruitment and staffing sector
