In this role you will ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across Vertiv operations in Iberia. You will protect workers and assets by eliminating incidents and environmental impacts while staying current with legislation. You’ll provide field-level EHS support across sites and facilities and represent the company in safety coordination with clients and subcontractors.

You will collaborate with the operations team and international EHS projects to drive continuous improvement and a safety-first culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Conduct safety and environmental audits at sites and client locations
- Investigate incidents, near-misses and implement preventive actions
- Provide Hu0026S training and guidance across levels
- Maintain EHS procedures, records and ISO-related documentation
- Participate in EHS committees and coordinate client access with operations
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety legislation
- Contribute to EMEA EHS projects and liaise with international team




- Maintain and review CAE platform documentation and client criteria
- Coordinate external safety training and annual medical tests
- Represent the company in safety coordination activities with customers
- Ensure 24h responsiveness to internal and external customers
- Track KPIs and maintain ISO certifications (14001, 45001)
- Attend required trainings and meetings

Responsabilidades

- Official Master's Degree in Health and Safety (3 specialties)
- Master's in Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment and Hu0026S)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Hu0026S and coordination of activities xugodme
- Experience on construction sites and industrial environments
- Experience conducting Hu0026S or environmental audits
- Experience with online CAE platforms (e.g., Coordinaplus, E-coordina, CTAIMA, Nalanda)
- Experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 audits
- Advanced Excel user
- Driving license (Category B)
- Willingness to travel across Iberia
- Knowledge of Portuguese Hu0026S legislation
- Spanish: native or professional proficiency; English: B2/C1; Portuguese: conversational or professional level
