Who are we looking for?

We are seeking for a ninja to serve as our Social Media Strategist and Community Manager & Branded Content Generator.

This person will help us create, implement, and oversee communication strategies that effectively convey and promote PAU's values, off-line and on-line community, events, and side projects, ultimately driving growth The key person to work in our Communications managing the two way flow of information internally and externally, as a representative of PAU.

Skills

- Experience in communication strategies and community management.
- Experience in planning, creating and executing an appealing comms monthly calendar.
- Experience in visual and communication design.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current social media trends, paid media, newsletters and editorial publications.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach




- Knowledge of the Creative and Cultural Sectors
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the content and production of all communication materials
- Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and captivating messaging
- Create engaging and appealing copys

Daily tasks

- Research and analyse the target audience to create a targeted communication strategy
- Prepare monthly communication planning and strategies
- Create appealing copy for our comms material
- Design our comms material
- Take photographs and videos to promote the existing community and events
- Advertise events and news on various social media platforms (IG, Linkedin, etc)
- Plan and share weekly posts, stories, and reels on IG
- Create the content of our different platforms
- Work with team members to develop and generate fresh new ideas and strategies

- Adobe and Figma
