We are looking for a Full‑time Legal Counsel based in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide senior legal support and expertise for business activities with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, ensuring acceptable risk levels.
- Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management and dispute settlement.
- Evaluate tender documents from a contractual and legal perspective.
- Manage and instruct on litigation, arbitration, or other dispute matters proactively.

Qualifications
- Law degree required;





Master in business law a plus.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm.
- Experience with public tenders.
- Knowledge of Portuguese laws and experience is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Native Spanish speaker.
