Responsibilities

- Manage qualified international buyers from first contact through to closing.
- Conduct online and in‑person property viewings across the Costa del Sol.
- Present and sell new‑build developments to European and international clients.
- Negotiate offers and guide buyers through the complete purchase process.
- Maintain structured follow‑up and keep CRM records up to date.

Benefits & Compensation
- €10,000+ monthly marketing investment per agent.
- Commission structure: 32.5% up to 65%, increasing with performance.
