Netzon Group in Barcelona (Eixample) is hiring a Customer Service Agent (TaaS) fluent in English and Flemish to join our Via Campaign. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving questions and issues across phone, email, and digital channels in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
This full-time role offers 39 hours per week with rotating shifts, hybrid in Barcelona and remote in Spain, plus five days of paid training and a €25,000 gross annual salary.
