Role Description

This is a contract role for a Freelance Tour Guide based in Madrid, with an hourly rate starting from 25 EUR. As a Tour Guide, you will lead guided tours, providing engaging and informative commentary to guests about historical locations and landmarks in Madrid. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, managing group dynamics, and creating memorable experiences for visitors. This is an on-site position requiring interaction with diverse groups of people.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in delivering Guided Tours with knowledge of Madrid's history and landmarks.




- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Sales aptitude to promote additional services or experiences when appropriate.
- Knowledge of Spanish history and culture; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage and engage groups effectively.
- Prior experience as a tour guide or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- English Level required: B2 - C1
- Freelance status (autonomo or similar) required
