Your Role

Working in the Front Office is the heartbeat of the resort. You will learn the art of 5-star service by:

Creating a First Impression

Assisting with seamless check-ins and check-outs, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive.

Personalizing Stays

Handling guest inquiries, providing local recommendations, and coordinating special requests to exceed expectations.

Mastering Operations

Gaining hands-on experience with premium Property Management Systems (PMS)



and luxury hospitality standards.

Multicultural Communication

Interacting with guests from all over the world, sharpening your language skills in a professional environment.

Problem Solving

Learning how to handle challenges with grace, empathy, and a "can-do" attitude.

What Were Looking For The Vibe:

You are charismatic, proactive, and have a genuine passion for making people smile.

The Skills

Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Business degree.

The Languages

Fluency in

English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a huge plus!
