What you'll do Helping to build a deep understanding of plant operations across our production network in Spain and Portugal, you'll be responsible for learning and applying the knowledge required to lead a manufacturing facility, developing your leadership capability across real operational challenges, and gaining end-to-end experience of a production environment. You'll also rotate across different plants and functions, working alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategic goals into day-to-day operational excellence.



You'll bring a proven track record in leadership and a solid background in production or manufacturing environments.
