Role Could you be the full-time Legal Counsel in Madrid we’re looking for? Take on a new challenge and apply your legal expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside professional and talented teammates. You will be responsible to provide senior legal support and expertise.

Responsibilities Provide senior legal support and expertise with regard to legal issues arising out of the business activity with customers, partners, and subcontractors.

Prepare, review and negotiate contracts or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks.





Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management and dispute settlement.

Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents.

Proactively manage and instruct litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters.

Qualifications Law degree.

Master in business law is a plus.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm.

Experience with public tenders.

Knowledge of Portuguese laws and experience is a plus.

Excellent English language skills.

Native Spanish speaker.
