In this role you will contribute to the end-to-end design of highway projects, from feasibility to detailed design, within a globally distributed Linear Infrastructures team. You will collaborate with cross-functional specialists and client teams across regions, applying best practices in road geometry and CAD standards. You will help deliver safe, efficient road networks for public and private sector clients, across multiple continents.

This position offers opportunities to work on international projects and to mentor junior staff, within a culture that values collaboration and continual learning.

- Work on small projects or portions of larger projects with supervision from senior engineers
- Perform daily design work under Designer's supervision
- Set CAD standards and procedures for drawings
- Produce complex 2D/3D drawings with markups and CAD work
- Prepare geometric designs for linear infrastructures
- Potentially train less experienced staff in drawing and graphic element preparation

Responsabilidades xugodme

- Proven track record on highway/civil designs (+2 years)
- Intermediate proficiency in at least one of OpenRoads, Civil 3D, 12d Model
- Commitment to Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System
- Experience in North America or Australia considered favorable
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
