We are looking for an HR Generalist 2.0 to coordinate and support the core operational HR processes across Iberia while providing analytical and project support to the function. The role combines the execution of established processes with data analysis and participation in improvement, digitalization and transformation projects, working closely with the HR teams and the business to ensure sound management of workforce information, reporting and functional initiatives. It also brings a fresh, digital-first voice to HR — turning key initiatives into engaging, modern internal communication built on video, visual and interactive formats.
Scope
Number of Countries: 2 (Spain & Portugal) · Location: Madrid Key Accountabilities
Day-to-day HR processes
Run recurring HR processes end-to-end, anticipating deadlines rather than reacting to them.
Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding with AskHR, Talent Acquisition and managers, keeping systems up to date.
Support the coordination, tracking and issue resolution of HR invoices and providers.
Support audits, certifications and compliance by preparing evidence and coordinating information across areas. International mobility
Provide administrative support to expatriation and impatrition processes: documentation management, coordination with specialist providers and assignment tracking.
Keep records of active assignments up to date and support the preparation of related documentation. HR reporting, analysis and planning support
Extract HR reports from Workday and other corporate tools, on a regular and ad hoc basis.
Analyze headcount, turnover, absenteeism and other indicators, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards and tracking tools that support reporting, planning and operational control.
Prepare executive presentations and materials that underpin HR and organizational decisions, including workforce and future-needs planning. Elevating the employee experience — communicating and connecting with our audience
Craft engaging internal communications that reflect how people communicate today — video, visual and interactive rather than long emails.
Create and curate content for internal channels (intranet, Viva Engage / Teams, newsletters, digital signage), keeping messages clear, human and on-brand.
Turn key HR initiatives — culture, engagement, wellbeing, change — into compelling campaigns and employee stories, testing new formats and measuring what resonates with our audience. Workforce administration and tracking
Maintain accurate records of temporary contracts, leaves of absence and other employee-lifecycle milestones.
Track key dates and deadlines, coordinating with managers and AskHR to ensure compliance. Cross-functional coordination and projects
Coordinate and track HR transformation, digitalization and process-simplification projects.
Participate in the rollout of the function's cross-functional initiatives, tracking milestones and contributing to their implementation.
Contribute to identifying and sharing best practices across teams and countries.
