Role: Own SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development end-to-end within the Corporate Process Technologies (IT) team — connecting HR stakeholders with technical delivery (career planning, mentoring, talent pools).
Systems: SAP SuccessFactors (Succession & Development, Employee Central) + growing AI focus.
Minimum requirements
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development
- Several years leading IT projects and designing business processes
- English C1
Nice to have: German, Employee Central, AI/HR-tech experience.
