As a Human Resources Intern within the Training & Development team, you will support key talent and people initiatives by:

Identifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives.





Monitoring employee performance, talent reviews, and promotion processes.

Coordinating workforce planning, employee availability, and staffing needs across the organization.

Supporting employee experience initiatives through engagement activities and internal events.

Skills and Experience

Graduated from Psychology, Business Administration or similar. Postgraduate qualification in HR will be valuable.

Native

Spanish and fluency in verbal and written communication in English is required.

Advanced Excel level.

Proactive team player with excellent organization skills.
