HVAC Designer

Job Responsibilities

1. Undertake the design of HVAC systems for various types of buildings (offices, commercial buildings, hotels, and residences) : cold and heat sources, air conditioning water systems, air treatment and distribution, ventilation and smoke exhaust systems.
2. Load calculation and energy efficiency verification were carried out strictly in accordance with RITE (Building Thermal Facilities Regulations) and CTE DB HE (Energy Efficiency Chapter), and energy efficiency reports were compiled.
3. Complete equipment selection (chiller, heat pump, boiler, AHU, fan coil unit, etc.), draw water system diagrams, air duct floor plans and detailed drawings of the machine room.
4. Use 3D design tools to draw the comprehensive pipeline and provide conditions such as pipe Wells, louvers, and equipment foundations to the architecture and structural specialties.
5. Compile HVAC technical specification documents and participate in technical Q&A; sessions for equipment bidding and evaluation.
6. During the construction phase, review the contractor's detailed drawings and material submission for approval, and handle on-site commissioning and acceptance issues.





Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Building Equipment Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with a preference for HVAC.
2. Experience: Over 3 years of local HVAC design experience in Europe, proficient in RITE and CTE energy efficiency regulations.
3. Software: Proficient in using CYPE HVAC or similar load and system calculation tools, and proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD; Mastering HAP and E20 is a plus.
4. Professional Competence: Capable of independently completing cooling and heating load and hydraulic calculations, familiar with VRF, floor heating, radiant cooling roof panels and other systems. Those who understand the requirements of green certifications such as LEED and BREEAM are preferred.
5. Language: English must be used as the working language (for work communication, email exchanges, and material reading). Those with overseas study experience will be given priority.
6. Others: Meticulous and highly responsible, capable of managing multiple sub-items simultaneously.
