Role Description The Immigration Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona. This role involves advising clients on immigration procedures, preparing and reviewing documentation for visas and permits, and ensuring compliance with Spanish and international immigration regulations.

The Immigration

Specialist will manage individual and corporate immigration cases, track application progress, and communicate proactively with clients and authorities. Daily tasks include analyzing immigration requirements, coordinating timelines, maintaining accurate case records, and collaborating with relocation and HR teams to provide a smooth end-to-end mobility experience.



The role also involves staying up to date with changes in immigration law and policies and translating these developments into clear, practical guidance for clients.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and practical experience handling individual and corporate immigration cases.

Understanding of Spanish Immigration Policy and Law, with the ability to interpret and apply regulations to real scenarios.

Experience with General Immigration processes and cross-border mobility requirements.

Hands-on expertise managing Visas and work/residence permit applications, including documentation and follow-up.

University degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience(minimum 2 years)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Customer-focused attitude, with proven ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Proficiency with common office software; AI and case management tools.
