Role Overview

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple market segments through strategic customer engagement within an assigned territory. The role emphasizes relationship management, business expansion, and consistent market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth across assigned market segments through regular, proactive engagement with customers in the territory.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure continued partnership.

Promote and sell the organization’s products and services to established customers while identifying opportunities for additional growth.

Identify, qualify, and develop new customers and sales opportunities to expand market reach.





Conduct regular in-person visits to customer sites to maintain close, trusted, face-to-face relationships.

Lead negotiations for customer orders, addressing technical, commercial, and contractual aspects to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Represent the organization professionally in customer meetings and engagements, including business entertainment during and outside standard business hours when appropriate.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity.

Prepare and submit monthly activity summaries and project analyses to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
