Product Manager – Invoicing & Fiscal Compliance

We are partnering with a leading international retail and technology organization undergoing a major transformation of its business and finance platforms across Europe.
We are looking for a IT Product Manager to own a business-critical invoicing and fiscal compliance platform that supports operations across multiple European countries. This role combines product ownership, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and leadership responsibilities within a highly international environment.
The Role
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that invoicing processes remain accurate, compliant, and reliable across different markets while coordinating closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams.
You will lead a team and play a key role in translating business and regulatory requirements into clear product priorities and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and evolution of a critical invoicing and fiscal compliance platform.
- Translate business, operational and regulatory requirements into product requirements.
- Ensure accurate and compliant invoice generation across multiple European countries.
- Drive collaboration between Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations and Technology stakeholders.
- Prioritize product initiatives, balancing business needs, regulatory deadlines and operational stability.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end invoicing and customer fulfilment processes.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs related to quality, compliance and operational excellence.
- Lead and support a cross-functional team of Product Owners and Engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst within complex corporate environments.
- Strong understanding of invoicing, billing, customer fulfilment, finance processes or Order-to-Cash flows.
- Ability to understand and manage end-to-end business processes and system interactions.
- Proven experience working with multiple senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Highly structured, detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Fluent English.
