Infrastructure, Network & Security Lead – 100% Remote

At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an Infrastructure, Network & Security Lead to join an international project within the consumer healthcare sector . This is a fully remote position (CET working hours), where you will play a key role leading infrastructure, network and cybersecurity activities across strategic technology projects.

? Main responsibilities

- Lead infrastructure, network and cybersecurity activities across business and technology projects.
- Design and coordinate infrastructure solutions, including public and private cloud environments.
- Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, scalability and security.
- Coordinate Cyber Security, Network, Infrastructure and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the main point of contact between project teams, security teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Ensure security requirements are identified, assessed and integrated into solution designs and project deliverables.
- Perform infrastructure reviews, firewall assessments and remediation activities.
- Provision production environments following corporate standards and security policies.
- Coordinate vulnerability remediation, penetration testing and security validation activities.
- Support governance, compliance, risk management and audit requirements.
- Provide project status updates and security reporting to stakeholders and senior management.

? What are we looking for?
- 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Network and Cybersecurity.




- Proven experience leading infrastructure readiness and delivery across complex projects.

- Strong experience with
- Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID

- RBAC

- Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

- Azure Policy

- Microsoft Defender for Cloud

- Network Security Groups (NSG)

- Cloud cost optimization controls
- Experience coordinating cybersecurity activities from project initiation through implementation.
- Experience conducting security reviews, risk assessments and threat analysis.
- Ability to manage security risks, remediation plans and compliance activities.
- Experience collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, application and business teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Fluent English (mandatory)

➕ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance and audit processes.
- Experience promoting Secure by Design practices.
- Background working in international enterprise environments.
- Experience coordinating multi-vendor technical teams.
