Your new role
As our new EHS Consultant you must have proven experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services as a broad area, with specific focus on Health & Safety compliance and due diligence work in the M&A; sector with emphasis on EHS assessment, planning and strategy.
Candidates can work in fully hybrid working pattern from our Barcelona or Madrid office in line with our adaptable working policy.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence




- Execution of EHS compliance audits
- Execution of H&S; Risk Assessments and review of H&S; Plan
- In the long term, execution of ESG review and reporting
- Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork
- Proposal and reporting in Spanish or English language. Portuguese communication skills is a plus
