- Lead the overall finance function and finance team.

- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Monitor profitability, costs, and business performance.

- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities.

- Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements.

- Coordinate audits and external advisor relationships.

- Implement and enhance financial controls and processes.

- Partner with senior leadership to support business growth initiatives





Perfil ideal

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.

- Qualified Accountant preferred.

- Minimum 10 years' post-qualification finance experience.

- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.

- Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Experience managing statutory accounts, tax compliance, and audits.

- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Excellent analytical and commercial skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

- Previous interim or contract leadership experience highly desirable.

- Advanced Excel skills;

experience with ERP systems is advantageous
