ENG – Gestalent Consulting is looking for an International Facility Manager to join a company specialising in the comprehensive management of maintenance services for clients in the retail sector.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a new international market, coordinating maintenance and repair services and acting as the main point of contact between clients, technicians and internal teams.

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the assigned maintenance interventions, ensuring that they are completed correctly, within the agreed deadlines, while providing responsive and personalised customer service.

- Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair services.
- Manage incidents, urgent requests and additional work.
- Coordinate technicians and ensure that scheduled visits are completed on time.
- Verify that all health and safety documentation is up to date before each intervention.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide updates on the status of interventions, service increases or reductions, and any potential billing changes.
- Support the preparation of quotations and other departmental projects.

What are we looking for?

- Fluency in Spanish or English, as well as one of the following languages: Danish — particularly valued — Norwegian,



Swedish or German .
- At least one year of experience in customer service, service coordination, incident management, project monitoring or a similar role.
- Ability to manage urgent situations and work in environments that require agility and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive, methodical, decisive and dynamic approach.
- Ability to learn new digital tools and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience or knowledge of the retail, maintenance or Facility Management sector will be highly valued.
- Experience and skills will be considered more important than academic qualifications.

- From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
