We are looking for an IT Technician with experience or interest in industrial environments to support production operations, ensuring the proper functioning of technological systems and devices used on-site. This role is essential to minimize downtime and guarantee continuity of the production process.

- Production support and troubleshooting: Attend and resolve technical incidents related to IT systems and electronic devices.
- Proactive activities (MES): Monitor the Manufacturing Execution System to prevent and minimize production downtimes.
- MES Web Management: Administer the web interface of MES to track production flow, errors, and adjustments.
- Production racks maintenance: Inspect and maintain technological racks used in the plant.
- HW devices maintenance: Ensure proper functionality of technological devices (industrial PCs, scanners, printers, etc.).
- Consumable material management:



Control stock and replenishment of IT consumables (toner, labels, technical paper, etc.).
- Basic support for OA users and devices: Provide basic help to employees with computers, email, printers, etc.

Required Qualifications

- Technical training in IT, electronics, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of industrial systems or previous experience in a production environment.
- Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and organizational capabilities.
- Valuable: experience with MES, SAP, networks, or hardware maintenance.
- English & Spanish is required
- No problem with shift work
